The Gauhati University Centre for Distance and Online Education (GUCDOE), formerly known as the Institute of Distance and Open Learning (IDOL), is committed to offering quality higher education to students who cannot access traditional academic institutions due to limitations such as fewer post-graduate seats and employment obligations.
